The Georgia Reptile Expo

Rules and Information

 

 

1.      The Georgia Reptile Expo Rules of operations are Saturday and Sunday 10-4.

 

2.      All general public wishing to enter the expo premises must purchase a ticket.

 

3.      Persons who wish to re-enter the expo during the same day, must have their hand stamped.

 

4.      For the safety of all attendees, no tote bags, duffel bags or backpacks are permitted inside the expo hall. Exceptions are at the discretion of the expo coordinator

 

5.   No animals may be brought in from the outside.

 

6.      No animal sales may be made outside of the premises of the Georgia Reptile Expo Hall.

 

7.      All animals purchased at the expo must be kept in their container until you leave the show.

 

8.      Admission tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for children 4-12, and children under 3 get in free.

 

9.      Vendors and buyers are responsible for following all state and federal laws pertaining to the sale of reptiles and amphibians.

 

10. Vendors and buyers are responsible for abiding by the Georgia State Sales Tax Codes.

 

11. Handling of any animal on exhibit is up to the discretion of the vendor. If animals are handled by the public, the vendor must maintain adequate supervision.

 

12. No solicitation is permitted of any type unless you are a paid vendor. Violators found to violate this rule will be immediately removed from the show.

 

13. The Georgia Reptile Expo reserves the right to request removal and or exclusion of any animal or exhibit that it deems necessary for the safety and enjoyment of its attendees.

 

14. Failure to follow any of the above rules will result in expulsion form the expo and exclusion from any future Georgia Herpetological Society events.

 

15. All vendors must remain for the duration of the show.

 

16. Upon the end of each day, the expo coordinator will be the last person to leave the building and the first to re-enter the next day.
