Please
note that vendor spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Upon
receipt of payment the GHS will assign you a vendor space and place your name on
its list of confirmed vendors on the expo website. End-caps will be assigned to
vendors, on a first-come basis, who purchase the required four tables making up
each end-cap. After 11/20/2009 the table prices go up to $125 for 1st
table then $100 for each additional table.

In an effort to make
registration as easy as possible, we are able to accept payment in the form of
checks, money orders, and Paypal. We do require an added on 3% surcharge to use
our Paypal service to offset fee’s charged to the GHS. Please email this form to

Vendor Information & Rules
Indemnification and Hold
Harmless The
Vendor and The Georgia Herpetological Society, Georgia Reptile Expo, its staff
and volunteers agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from and against
all claims, actions, causes of actions, or liabilities, including reasonable
attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from any act undertaken or committed
by either party pursuant to the performance of its obligations under this
agreement, except for those actions or liabilities which are due to the
misconduct or negligence of either party.

Vendor spaces are 8 foot
x 8 foot areas.

All tables must be
covered with a table covering. Table covers will be available for $5.00
each.

Each vendor space will
include one table and two chairs.

Each vendor registration
includes two vendor badges. Additional badges may be purchased for $10 each.

Each Vendor registration
includes two lunches per day. Additional lunches may be purchased at the
show concession stand.

Vendors are responsible
for following all state and federal laws pertaining to the sale of reptiles
and amphibians.

Vendors are responsible
for abiding by the Georgia State Sales Tax code.

All vendors selling live
animals must have a Georgia Department of Agriculture Pet Dealers License.
(Out of state permits will be available Saturday morning of the show for
a $50 fee)

All out of state vendors
must have a Georgia Veterinary Inspection Form completed and signed before
the start of the show. The GHS will be providing this service to you at no
cost. The show veterinarian will come by and complete this inspection
between 8:30 am and 9:30am Saturday morning.

All animal sales must
take place within the expo hall. There will be no sales of animals by the
public nor vendors of the show in the parking lot. Vendors who violate this
rule will be subject to show expulsion.

Program ads may be
purchased. The ads will be placed in the program handed out to visitors to
the show. Rates are as follows:

All animals for sale
must be displayed in a safe and secure fashion and be labeled.

Handling of any animal
on exhibit is up to the discretion of the vendor. If animals are handled by
the public, the vendor must maintain adequate supervision.

Any animals that perish
at the show must be removed from the premises before the show opens each
day. Do not discard any specimens in the provided garbage cans. Take
them to an outside dumpster. Please do not display sick, emaciated, or
parasitized animals as you will be asked to remove them from the premises.

All vendors must remain
up for the duration of the show both Saturday and Sunday.

Upon the end of the show
Saturday, the Expo Director will be the last person to leave. The hall will
be locked off to all until the morning and the show director will be the
first to enter the hall. Security will be provided 24 hours until the show
is over on Sunday.

The Georgia Reptile
Expo reserves the right to request the removal and or exclusion of any
animal or exhibit it deems necessary for the enjoyment and safety of its
attendees.

Failure to follow any of
the above rules will result in expulsion form the expo and exclusion from
future Georgia Herpetological Society events.
